Champs Law Firm, with over 20 years of experience, is a rising star in the legal field, specializing in family law and family matters. Led by a visionary leader, working with this forward-thinking individual who understands the concerns and struggles of her clients was a joyous experience.

Challenge

The Champs Law Firm PLLC was preparing for its inaugural launch, and several essential assets were required for this new venture. Just like any entrepreneur building their first website, we would collaborate closely with them to conceptualize the ideal look and feel of an outstanding website.

Also, as with all new firms she needed to create a brand presence and generate leads as soon as possible.

While many people can often see newer firms as a disadvantage, it provides the ability to build the business without creating bad marketing practices.

Approach

We closely collaborated with Zoomania Graphics to obtain the logo, brand elements, and color scheme for the website.

Subsequently, we compiled a list of six concepts for the client's review. Upon reviewing the concepts, the client selected one that aligned with her brand. We then customized the chosen concept to cater to her specific requirements.

Additionally, our expert copywriters conducted research on the family law niche and crafted practice area descriptions for all the services offered by the client.

Our copywriting team proved invaluable in expediting the process and relieving the client of the workload. Copywriting is often a bottleneck in the development process, so we were pleased to complete it on her behalf.

Next, Ieshia's appearance on the Steve Harvey show in recognition of her accomplishments was leveraged to build social proof on her About page, allowing visitors to witness the impact she has created.

Now when it comes to the PPC Portion of the project we also have to come up with a strategy that fits the new firm.

Once we set a solid foundation, We conducted extensive keyword research to pinpoint the ideal clients for her Law firm. We then began running advertisements on Google that instantly drove traffic to the website.

After reviewing the data, we made adjustments and started consistently bringing in new leads every day.

Next, we added automated follow-up systems and implemented software to help manage the emails, text messages, and calling system to monitor and improve the ability to convert leads.

Finally, we created lead magnets that encouraged clients to sign up to learn more about the firm and then nurture them into actual clients.

Solution

This helped us take Champs Law Firm from a new up-and-coming company to generating over 40 leads a month and ,with only a $1000 budget, generating between $10,000 - $15,000 a month in revenue.

The best part is, that all she had to do to scale is increase her advertising budget.

This is almost a 15:1 return on investment and it is how we justify our cost with our clients. If we can’t help you make money, we don’t want to become another bill!

We saw that finding the right angle, investing, and creating a strong online presence through testimonials, lead magnets, and target advertising can even work with brand-new companies.
